Job Description

Looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual fund collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive brand reputation. Identify and mitigate risks associated with loan portfolios. Job Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing client relationships and resolving disputes. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
