Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual fund collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management. Job Requirements Strong understanding of mutual funds and their role in the financial markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client interactions. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
