Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual fund collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of financial products and services. Job Proven experience in relationship management and sales. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
