Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with knowledge of merchant operations and outstanding dues.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing merchants to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new merchant clients.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide feedback to improve merchant performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to merchant onboarding and payments.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in small finance banking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with merchants.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Experience working with merchant operations and outstanding dues is preferred.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
