Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Develop and implement effective relationship management plans to drive business results. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the BFSI industry, preferably in merchant OD or standalone merchant OD. Strong knowledge of assets, inclusive banking, SBL, mortgages, and relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage. Location - Chennai,Vellore,Tiruvannamalai,Krishnagiri
