Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in merchant operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage and grow existing client portfolios through effective communication and relationship building.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through networking and market research.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in merchant operations and small finance banking.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client relationships and data.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
