Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in merchant operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing merchants to increase business growth and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in merchant operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
