Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify and pursue new business leads to achieve sales targets. Manage and grow existing merchant relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent service and support to merchants. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of merchant needs and preferences. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management or a related field. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in Merchant OD. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Proficient in using CRM software and other tools to manage relationships.
