Job Description

As a Relationship Manager for Business Loans/Personal Loans based in Noida, with 1-3 years of experience in lending sales (preferably in Business Loans/Personal Loans), your role will involve identifying, prospecting, and acquiring customers for loans. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets. Additionally, you will need to understand client requirements, provide tailored loan solutions, and build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring customers for business loans and personal loans. - Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. - Understanding client requirements and providing tailored loan solutions. - Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. - Conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities. - Generating leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships. - Guiding customers through the loan application process and ensuring accurate documentation. - Working closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing. - Providing feedback to improve the lending process and customer experience. - Adhering to company policies, regulatory norms, and ethical standards. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
