Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
Source leads through self-sourcing and managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to build a high-quality loan portfolio.
Client Management:
Conduct personal discussions (PDs) and field visits to assess client income and property eligibility.
Loan Processing:
Collect, verify, and submit all necessary documentation for loan applications and guide customers through the application and approval process.
Target Achievement:
Implement sales strategies to meet targets for loan disbursement and ensure timely repayments.
Compliance:
Ensure 100% compliance with internal policies, processes, and regulatory requirements set by the RBI and other statutory bodies.
Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other bank products and services to existing customers.
