Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of loans and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research to expand the client base.
Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make informed decisions on approval or rejection within the given timeframe.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, updates, and communications with clients using LAP software.

Job Requirements :

1-6 years of experience in a similar role as Relationship Manager or Loan Against Property (LAP).
Strong understanding of financial products such as mortgages, home loans, and personal loans.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
