Job Description

As a Relationship Manager/ Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for various key tasks within the Financial Services (Broking) industry. Your primary duties will include generating leads, meeting with provided leads, and acquiring new Authorised Persons, Sub-brokers, Business Associates, and Channel Partners. Additionally, you will provide business establishment support to existing Authorised Persons, focus on revenue generation, and explain business proposals to prospects. You will also be expected to customize business proposals according to the specific needs of each prospect, ensuring a tailored approach to each engagement. Real-time updating of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will be a crucial aspect of your role to maintain accurate and up-to-date information. This position falls under the Sales & Business Development department, with the role category being Business Development Manager (BDM). The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ year of experience in a similar role and hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. This is a full-time job that requires proficiency in English, as it is the preferred language for communication.
