As a Sky Phygital - Relationship Manager, you will be the ambassador of our banks exceptional customer service. Your role is vital in creating a positive and welcoming environment for customers, fostering strong relationships, and providing support from our branches. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the banks success.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on customer service.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or support roles, preferably in banking.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Good understanding of banking products and services, or a willingness to acquire this knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including shifts and weekends as needed.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Greet and engage customers with a friendly and professional attitude, creating a positive first impression.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, offering accurate information on our products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, bridging digital and physical interactions.
  • Stay informed about the banks latest offerings and communicate these to customers effectively.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions to gather insights and improve our services continuously.
  • Maintain strict adherence to bank policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
  • Assist in cross-selling and upselling bank products, maximizing customer value.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide insightful reports to management.
