Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Etah. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, addressing client inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in client relationship management and account management
Ability to understand and analyze financial products and services
Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in the financial sector is preferred
