Job Title:

Relationship Manager – Inside Sales (Demo Doer)

Location:

New Delhi, Okhla Phase 1 (On-site)

Work Mode & Schedule:

  • 5.5 days working (two Saturdays working, two Saturdays off per month)
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience Required:

02-04 years in Inside Sales / B2B Sales (SaaS sales experience preferred)

Role Overview:

Inside Sales – Relationship Manager (Demo Doer)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demos to prospects and convert them into paying clients.
  • Drive revenue through referrals and repeat engagement.
  • Generate demos via cold calling, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, organic traffic, and campaign leads.
  • Manage demo scheduling, rescheduling, and client interactions efficiently.
  • Create client interest and engagement during and after demos.
  • Execute effective follow-ups to maximize conversions.

Key Activities:

  • Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate SaaS product benefits aligned to client requirements.
  • Deliver structured and inspiring product presentations.
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Ensure pipeline growth and sales targets are consistently achieved.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / SaaS sales / B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in lead generation via cold calling and digital platforms.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and sales automation platforms is a plus.

Salary:
