Relationship Manager - Inside Sales

As a member of the team at indiagold, your role involves engaging with potential customers through outbound calls to generate leads and achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, and effectively closing sales. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential in explaining product features, benefits, and pricing convincingly to customers. Additionally, following up with interested prospects and closing sales within specified timelines are key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. - Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities. - Close sales and achieve sales targets. - Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and convincingly. - Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Follow up with interested prospects and close sales within timelines. Qualifications Required: Ideal Candidate Profile: - Any Graduate with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in tele sales or a similar sales/customer service role. - Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Candidates fluent in Hindi, English, Telugu, and Tamil languages will be preferred.
