Job Title: Relationship Manager – Inside Sales

Job Summary

Altiora Capital Solution Private Limited, operating the digital lending platform PaisaOnClick, is hiring Relationship

Managers – Inside Sales (RM IS). We are looking for driven individuals with a strong background in B2C sales in

sectors like EdTech, FinTech, or financial services. This is an on-site role based in our Ernakulam office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into customers.
• Promote suitable financial products based on customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Record customer interactions and updates using CRM tools.
• Work with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience in EdTech, FinTech, or Finance (mandatory).
• Graduation (bachelor’s degree) completed.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, email, etc.).
• Preferred Skills
• Persuasive and confident communication style.
• Goal-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
• Experience in digital lending or financial products is a plus.
