Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager Select / Senior Relationship Manager Select, your primary responsibility is to manage existing customers of the bank while also expanding the customer base by acquiring new clients. You are expected to cater to all the banking needs of the clients assigned to you. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping - Grow the liability base (CASAFD) of the bank by strengthening relationships with premium clients - Sell asset, wealth & other products (both bank and third party) to increase revenue per client - Service clients comprehensively, addressing all their banking requirements including bank/3rd party products - Increase the bank and third party product holdings of your assigned clients - Meet/call clients for servicing needs and cross-selling new products - Actively participate in campaigns related to liability and other products - Adhere to the bank's processes with a strong focus on compliance Qualifications Required: - Graduate / Post Graduate with a preference for exposure to financial subjects (Post Graduate in Finance / Commerce preferred) - 4-6 years of work experience in the banking industry - 2 years of relevant experience as a Relationship Manager Additional Details: You should possess valid AMFI / IRDA Certifications; expired certificates may be considered. Candidates with experience in sales-based incentive roles will be given preference.
