Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with existing clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, processing client documentation, addressing queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in relationship management, client handling, and customer service
Proven ability in sales and business development
Knowledge of life and general insurance products
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Graduation in any field, with specialization in finance or insurance preferred
Previous experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
