Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Pune. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, adhering to scripts when handling different topics, providing information about products/services, addressing customer queries, following up on customer calls as necessary, and maintaining call logs and reports. The role requires effective communication and the ability to manage basic customer feedback and concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and a clear speaking voice
Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software, and experience with MS Office
Customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time efficiently
Proficiency in English and regional languages is a plus
Previous telecalling or telemarketing experience is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
