Role: Relationship Manager -Home Loan

Location: Kurla West -Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management & Growth:

• Maintain and grow an existing customer base; identify and acquire new clients.
• Cross‑sell/upsell home loan products, housing improvement loans, plot finance etc.

• Customer Relationship & Servicing:

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their housing finance needs.
• Interface with customers to collect necessary documentation, conduct financial assessment, assist in loan application process.
• Ensure excellent service delivery: respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up for smooth loan processing and disbursal.

• Business Development:

• Generate leads via field visits, local market mapping, channel partners, real estate agents, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
• Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective customers and understand local demand.

• Target Achievement:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets (monthly, quarterly).
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead‑to‑loan conversion, application disbursal velocity, collection efficiency etc.

• Coordination & Compliance:

• Liaise with in‑house Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure documentation, valuation, and legal checks are done timely.
• Ensure compliance with KYC / regulatory norms, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
