Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hubli, Belagavi, Kalaburgi for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client interaction, loan processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with other departments to ensure smooth loan disbursals and resolving any client issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to understand and assess customer financial needs and provide suitable solutions
• Experience in loan processing and disbursal procedures
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in regional languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
