Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Eluru/Vijayawada/Machilipatnam. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, assessing their loan needs, providing suitable loan options, and ensuring prompt processing and approval of loan applications. The Relationship Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain ongoing communication to build strong, long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service, relationship management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of loan products, including home loans, construction loans, and mortgage loans
• Analytical skills for assessing clients’ financial needs and risk assessment
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the financial sector, especially in loan processing, is a plus
