Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager (Sales & Collection) located in Madurai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and collection efforts for home loans, construction loans, and mortgage loans. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, processing loan applications, ensuring timely collection of loan payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves providing customers with guidance and support throughout the loan process, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and marketing abilities, with experience in loan products
• Strong customer relationship management and collection skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services, especially in housing finance
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
