Department: Sales – Luxury / HNI SegmentLocation: Mumbai SuburbanReporting To: Territory Sales Manager / Regional Head / Cluster HeadThe HNI Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring, nurturing, and managing High-net-worth clients (HNIs, NRIs, CXOs, business owners) seeking investment or residential opportunities in premium and luxury real-estate projects. The role demands deep product understanding, strong relationship management, and advisory-led selling to drive large-ticket closures.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify and acquire HNI/NRI clients through referrals, developer events, channel partners, and corporate connects.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients by offering personalized property investment advice aligned with financial goals.
  • Maintain a high conversion ratio by understanding client needs, showcasing relevant projects, and managing end-to-end deal execution.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through structured sales planning and lead follow-ups.
  • Handle luxury projects (₹2Cr and above ticket size) and ensure premium client experience.
  • Coordinate site visits, property shortlisting, negotiations, and transaction closures with developers.
  • Market & Product Intelligence
  • Stay updated on new launches, developer tie-ups, and market trends in luxury real-estate.
  • Share regular insights on buyer patterns, competitive projects, and client sentiments with the management team.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
  • Work closely with developer relationship managers to ensure inventory access, preferential pricing, and exclusive deals.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate client interaction logs, sales pipeline, and closure reports in CRM.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and ethical sales practices.
