Job Description

Job description Role & responsibilities: Identifying New Markets, must work towards attracting new customers and generating leads through local activities like organizing canopy activities/leaflet distribution/cold calling and etc. To deliver a high-quality client service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to enhance product sales and new client growth targets. Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, product sales and new client growth targets. Evaluate customer profiles and assess eligibility for LAP. Collect and verify necessary documents, including property and income proofs. Coordinate with credit teams for sanctioning loans and ensure compliance with underwriting policies. Provide end-to-end support to customers, ensuring smooth processing of their loans. Resolve customer queries and maintain high levels of satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile: Candidates should have minimum 6 months of experience in handling HL & LAP Sales. Male Candidates Preferable.
