Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Rajkot. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to meet clients' investment needs. Key activities include understanding customer requirements, providing expert guidance on investment products, cross-selling financial services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to design customized investment solutions while maintaining updated knowledge of market trends and best practices to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial products, including Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, and NCDs
  • Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and offer informed investment advice
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital investment platforms and tools
  • Sales acumen with experience in cross-selling and upselling financial products
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within teams to meet targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in Finance preferred)
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management is advantageous
