Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to drive retention and repeat business.
Address client concerns promptly to maintain trust and loyalty.
Understand client goals, challenges, and business needs to offer tailored solutions.
Regularly check in with clients to ensure services/products align with expectations.
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that benefit the client.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets from existing accounts.
Act as an escalation point for client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to solve service or delivery-related problems.
Oversee smooth onboarding of new clients.
Provide training or guidance on using company products/services effectively.
Monitor client performance metrics and service usage.
Prepare reports and updates for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
Communicate client feedback internally to improve offerings.
Manage contracts, renewals, and negotiations to ensure ongoing relationships.
Maintain accurate records of agreements and service levels.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better serve clients.
Provide strategic advice to clients based on market insights.
