We are Gera Developments Private Limited (GDPL), a brand known by our five-decade history as one of the pioneers in the Real Estate business in Pune. Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify & Engage Past Clients -

    Proactively reach out to previous customers to request referrals and maintain strong relationships.
  • Customer Satisfaction Follow-Ups —

    Ensure clients are happy with their transactions and encourage them to refer friends, family, and colleagues.
  • Database Management–

    Track past clients, referral leads, and follow-up interactions in CRM systems.
  • Referral Conversion –

    Work with Closing sales teams to ensure referred leads are properly followed up and converted.
  • Feedback Collection –

    Gather testimonials and success stories to strengthen referral credibility.


Qualification -

MBA Marketing with 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role.
