Role Overview:


We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager who will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be the single point of contact for assigned clients and will ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular interaction, proactive service, and by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, service requests, and investment needs.
  • Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products based on client needs and risk profile.
  • Ensure timely renewals of insurance and investment products to improve retention.
  • Proactively ask for referrals from existing clients and help expand the client base.
  • Handle complete onboarding of new clients including KYC, documentation, and product explanation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Keep clients informed about their portfolio, market updates, and relevant opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:


  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, or wealth management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client goals and suggest suitable financial solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, PMS, and other financial instruments is an advantage.
