Role: Relationship Manager – Field Sales (B2B) Job Type: Full-time Location: Gurugram (On-site) Salary: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹3.75 LPA (plus incentives based on performance) Role Description We are seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales – B2B) who will play a critical role in driving business through agent recruitment and development. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing insurance agents who will generate business on your behalf. This is a field-intensive, B2B sales role based in Gurugram. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents Drive sales through agents by providing ongoing support and motivation Conduct regular field visits and meetings to build strong relationships with agents Guide agents in understanding customer needs and offering appropriate insurance solutions Ensure agents are updated with the latest products, processes, and compliance requirements Meet assigned business targets (premium volume, agent productivity, etc.) Maintain accurate records of agent performance and customer interactions Stay updated with insurance market trends and competitor activities Qualifications : Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, fieldwork, or agent recruitment (insurance sector preferred) Knowledge of insurance products across Motor, Health, Life, and Travel is desirable Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage a network of agents Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Prior experience in B2B sales or insurance distribution is a plus
