Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential customers and generating leads. Conduct field work, including traveling to client locations, to meet sales targets. Develop a deep understanding of various insurance policies and their features to provide expert advice to clients. 30 % of lead provided and 70 % lead self sourcing. Travel allowance around 100-200 rs per customer. Exciting INCENTIVES. Desired Candidate Profile *MALE CANDIDATE ONLY -Age 35 below and 1 year experience. -Driving license and bike mandatory. 1-6 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field sales industry. Strong knowledge of general insurance, health insurance, life insurance, motor insurance, home insurance, accidental insurance, etc. . Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines. Weekly one day off, saturday sunday working.
