Relationship Manager (Field Sales)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Field to join our team. The role involves meeting clients in person, building strong business relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate should be comfortable with regular client visits, fieldwork, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients to promote company products/services.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain a record of client interactions, sales, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales service.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and field campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence to meet and interact with clients face-to-face.
• Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, relationship management, or business development.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field mobility is required).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,066.78 per month
