Sales Executive – Software Selling (Field Job)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive with a passion for software solutions and customer engagement. This is a field-based role focused on selling our software products (POS/Billing/Restaurant/Cafe Software) to small and medium-sized businesses. You must be comfortable with in-person client visits and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential leads and schedule field visits to pitch software solutions
• Conduct product demos and explain key features and benefits
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software packages
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new business
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (software/product-based preferred)
• Must own a laptop and two-wheeler (with valid license)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules
• Basic understanding of software products and technical selling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,203.99 per month
