Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
Explain product features, offers, and benefits to clients.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi.
Good listening and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/customer care is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,356.98 per month
