Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls:
  • Contact potential clients or existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Conduct surveys or market research over the phone.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Inbound Calls:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist with order processing, cancellations, or returns.
  • Sales and Lead Generation:
  • Promote special offers or deals to customers to encourage sales.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, or feedback.
  • Update the CRM system with customer information and call outcomes.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services to enhance customer experience.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues or complaints until they are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure that all calls adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines as provided by the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales or customer service targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).
  • A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
