Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored financial solutions. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, conducting financial needs assessments, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be involved in customer service, resolving any issues, and providing continuous updates on financial products.

Qualifications

Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
Experience in financial needs assessments and offering tailored financial solutions
Knowledge in financial products such as Trade, Supply Chain, Working Capital, Business Loans, and Personal Loans
Problem-solving skills to resolve client issues effectively
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
Prior experience in a financial services role is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
