Job Description

Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager will support the City Lead in driving business growth through the DSA channel. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with DSAs, and ensuring smooth execution of strategies to achieve revenue and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

  • Assist the City Lead in managing the DSA portfolio and ensuring target achievement.
  • Monitor daily lead flow, eligibility rates, and loan disbursal performance.

  • Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between DSAs and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners to enhance business engagement.

  • Performance Tracking:

  • Track key performance metrics such as eligibility rates, average ticket size (ATS), and approval-to-disbursal conversion rates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the City Lead on channel performance.

  • Market Analysis:

  • Gather insights on competitor practices in the DSA ecosystem.
  • Provide inputs on opportunities for improving policies and processes.

  • Process Optimization:

  • Support in streamlining the digital journey for DSAs and customers.
  • Identify gaps in the DSA experience and propose actionable solutions.

  • Training and Development:

  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of new DSA partners.
  • Educate DSAs about new policies, products, and process enhancements.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with personal loan underwriting processes and DSA operations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business management software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in the DSA channel or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of personal loan products and the digital lending ecosystem is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead-to-disbursal conversion rates.
  • Improvement in DSA partner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Achievement of assigned revenue targets through the DSA channel.

Note: Candidates must know how to drive, possess a valid Driving License (DL), and have their own vehicle. They should also be flexible to work from DSA offices whenever required.
