Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct sales efforts.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales approaches.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and energy.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and sales performance.
