Role & responsibilities

  • Acquire

    new customers

    through direct channels, references, and market outreach.
  • Maintain and

    nurture long-term relationships

    with existing clients to ensure retention.
  • Provide clients with investment advisory across

    Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Bonds, IPOs, PMS, and Insurance

    .
  • Cross-sell and upsell investment products to

    maximize wallet share

    .
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and deliver

    priority customer service

    .
  • Meet and exceed assigned

    revenue, client acquisition, and AUM targets

    .
  • Adhere to all

    compliance, regulatory, and internal process guidelines

    .

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in

    Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

    .
  • 14 years of experience in

    Sales / Relationship Management

    within Broking, Banking, or Wealth Management.
  • Strong understanding of

    capital markets, investment products, and financial planning

    .
  • NISM certifications

    (Equity / Mutual Funds) preferred.
  • Excellent

    communication, advisory, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and strong in

    client relationship building

    .
