Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins. Lead Management: Track, qualify, and follow up on leads using CRM tools to ensure conversion. Sales Conversion: Present and sell life insurance solutions to potential customers based on their financial needs. Cross-Selling: Promote additional life insurance products to existing customers to increase wallet share. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients for service updates, policy renewals, and upselling. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback on customer needs, product features, and competitor activity. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in any discipline Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial sales preferred Min 1 year to 5 years in Insurance & Banking sales Location Bareilly, Lucknow, Jhansi & Haldwani
