As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the current account portfolio of the branch, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with current account customers, ensuring their banking needs are met Identify and acquire new current account customers through various sales and marketing strategies Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively offer financial solutions to meet customer's needs Cross-sell other banking products and services to current account customers Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the bank Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking industry Strong understanding of current account products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
