Job Description

Description

The Relationship Manager for City Union Bank's Bancassurance division will be responsible for managing client relationships, promoting bancassurance products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and financial services, with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
Promote and sell bancassurance products to existing and prospective customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on products and services offered.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting bancassurance.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of bancassurance products and financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
