Hardware Engineer:

Key Responsibilities:

? Design, develop, and validate high-speed, multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs)

? Perform board-level debugging and troubleshooting of complex hardware systems

? Analyze and resolve hardware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other

diagnostic tools

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, layout, mechanical) to ensure

robust hardware solutions

? Support hardware bring-up, testing, and validation activities

? Review schematics and layouts for signal integrity, power integrity, and

manufacturability

? Document test results, debug findings, and provide recommendations for design

improvements

Requirements:

? Experience in HW with 8 Years

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field

? Proven experience of more than 5 years in high-speed, complex, multi-layer PCB

design and development

? Strong expertise in board-level debugging and troubleshooting

? Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and

multimeters

? Good understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC

considerations

? Ability to read and interpret schematics and PCB layouts

? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

? Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience with hardware validation and reliability testing

? Experience with EMI/EMC testing

? Experience with circuit simulation tools and techniques

? Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirement
