Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Hosur. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing appropriate financial solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving business targets, handling customer queries, and coordinating with internal teams to offer efficient services. The role will also involve analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in financial services, sales, or customer relationship management
Ability to analyze market opportunities and recommend solutions
