Role Description

The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding clients' financial goals, and offering tailored investment solutions. The role involves providing personalized guidance to investors, ensuring a seamless client experience, and actively collaborating with internal teams to address client needs. The Relationship Manager will also identify new business opportunities to contribute to the company's growth.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal interactions to build and maintain trust with clients.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management practices to provide relevant solutions.
  • Experience in business development and client acquisition to help drive revenue growth and scale opportunities.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage and prioritize diverse client portfolios and partner with different internal teams effectively.
  • Proficiency with investment management software tools and digital platforms, along with a comfort level navigating a technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team setting to meet and exceed client and company objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications like CFP, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
