Role: Relationship Manager - Transaction Closing

Overview

Once a buyer finalizes the purchase, the transaction enters its closing phase the final step where all legal, financial, and ownership transfers are completed.
We are seeking a

Relationship Manager

to act as the

primary point of contact

for both buyers and sellers during this crucial stage. You will ensure all documentation is accurate, timelines are met, and every stakeholder stays informed. Your goal: to deliver a

seamless, transparent, and stress-free closing experience

.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the

    single point of contact (POC)

    for buyers and sellers from offer acceptance through final closing.
  2. Guide and support

    clients through each step of the closing process, proactively addressing questions and concerns.
  3. Ensure all

    legal, financial, and transactional documents

    are accurately completed and submitted within deadlines.
  4. Coordinate communication

    among buyers, sellers, legal teams, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
  5. Maintain

    comprehensive records

    of transactions, documentation, and communications to ensure traceability and smooth handoffs.
  6. Identify and resolve bottlenecks

    early to keep the transaction on schedule and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Proven

    organizational skills

    with a sharp eye for detail.
  2. Strong

    verbal and written communication

    and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  3. Experience in real estate, legal, or financial transactions

    preferred.
  4. Ability to

    thrive under pressure

    and meet strict deadlines.
  5. Customer-first mindset with strong

    problem-solving and follow-through abilities
