Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and knowledge of financial products.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and revenue.
Understand and explain financial products such as Mutual Funds and SIPs to clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and networking.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to stay informed about market trends and developments.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment industry.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and products, including Mutual Funds and SIPs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Basic understanding of the financial market and industry trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
