Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience, excellent technical skills, and a strong background in financial products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify client needs and provide support to resolve issues.
• Grow business through upsells and new client acquisition.
• Market financial products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, and other related products.
• Build and maintain positive connections with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Recruitment industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, and Stock Market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in marketing financial products and services is an added advantage.
• Qualification: M.B.A/PGDM.
