Job Summary

Relationship Manager / Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Drive Mutual Fund sales across assigned bank branches by advising distributors on suitable products based on investor needs
Build strong visibility with distributors through regular calls, branch visits, meetings, and marketing communication
Deliver high-quality service by resolving distributor queries, sharing timely product updates, and ensuring follow-ups
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key distributors to ensure repeat and sustained business
Maintain distributor databases and analyze market trends to stay competitive
Organize and participate in events, product sessions, and conferences to enhance brand recall
Ensure distributors are trained on product features, operational processes, and regulatory updates

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Mutual Fund sales, Banca Channel sales, or financial product distribution
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Ability to meet sales targets and manage distributor networks effectively
Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach
